About Me

Hello,

I’m Adrianna Brie, an aspiring yogi who’s passionate about wellness and mental health recovery.

On this blog, I share tips and life lessons I’m learning as I embark on my own physical and mental recovery, as well as my own personal and spiritual growth. Throughout my early twenties, I explored various different spiritual beliefs ranging from Buddhism, new age beliefs, and more, but a whole new world opened up for me when I eventually discovered that yoga is not only a workout, but also a lifestyle with an entire philosophy backing it. As I started learning more about the practice and integrating it into my life, it helped me-along with therapy and medical intervention-begin to heal from both mental and physical ailments I had been struggling with since my childhood. I’m nowhere close to being a yogi yet, and I’m still in active recovery, but I’m passionate about healing and strive to continue growing every day. I hope to one day teach yoga and help others on their journeys, but until then, I hope the blog is helpful to anyone else who is also on the road to recovery.
