I’m Adrianna Simil, a lifestyle blogger, a newbie content marketer, and an aspiring yogi.
On this blog, I share information about yoga and wellness, as well as tips and life lessons I’m learning as I embark on my own personal and spiritual growth. I’ve had a light interest in yoga since I was a freshman in college, but at the time, I only knew it as an ancient Indian exercise that eventually became popular amongst young women in the US. Throughout my undergrad years, I explored various different spiritual beliefs ranging from multiple sects of Buddhism, new ageism, nondualism, and more, but a whole new world opened up for me when I eventually discovered that yoga is not just a workout, but a lifestyle with an entire philosophy backing it. As I started learning more about the practice and integrating it into my daily life, it helped me begin to heal from both mental and physical ailments I had been struggling with since my childhood. I’m nowhere close to being a yogi yet, but I’m passionate and continue to grow every day through this profound tradition. I hope to one day teach yoga and open my own studio, but until then, I hope the blog is helpful to anyone else who wants to explore life through the beauty of yoga.
